Annual Walk for Hope and Remembrance
Two Young Girls Walk In Memory of Their Baby Brother
Every May, the day before Mother’s Day families come together to remember our angel babies. We share our stories, participate in a brief memorial, share a lunch together and watch our living children play. The feel of remembrance is heightened only by the celebration of togetherness. Healthy grieving leads to integration of our losses, and then – for most, a desire to give back by reaching out to the newest parents just launched on their grief journey. Although Memory Walks are a registration-free event, the kind people who attend always surprise us with the generosity of their donations.
