The annual Walk for Hope and Remembrance is moving seasons!
Did you know that October is National Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance month? Across the country Share groups hold their walks during this month in memory of all angel babies and to promote awareness of miscarriage, stillbirth, difficult decisions and infant death. After four years, we are finally joining them. Our walk will be on Saturday, October 5th to kick off this very special month along the Toonerville Trail in Springfield, Vermont. During our memorial we will talk about October 15th and the date’s significance. Each family will leave with a forever-in-our-hearts candle to light from 7pm-8pm on that special night.

Bowling For Babies Moves Seasons Too!
Is this your favorite event? One of ours too!
Well, keep those bowling balls in their bags – because the move means we have to wait until February of 2014 to bowl together again. But start talking it up now!

Make your team and grow it until we’ve filled the whole alley (30 lanes) – we can do it!!

TURNED 3 YEARS OLD!
On December 21st, 2008 Share Southern Vermont Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support was incorporated by the State of Vermont! The outreach began small, with lofty long term goals. Within one year we had a board of directors numbering six strong and talented bereaved mothers. Calls, emails and requests for support were overwhelming. The need in our communities was clear.
It is hard to believe just how much as been accomplished, how many lives have been touched in these three years. With memory walks, fundraisers, candlelight ceremonies, monthly meetings and so much more healthy grieving is happening throughout the state of Vermont, New Hampshire and beyond.
Cara Tyrrell, founding director of SSV and Patrick Cody of Ludlow Public Television worked together to produce a nine minute piece celebrating the journey of the last three years. Thank you to all who make this service possible. Happy Birthday Share SV!
